Our research, published in leading medical journals, shows that specific nutrients can trigger specialised gut cells to release powerful “fullness hormones” (GLP-1 and PYY). The recommended dose is 4 capsules, twice a day (8 total). We suggest taking them about 3 hours before your two biggest meals - usually lunch and dinner - to give your gut time to activate its natural fullness signals.
