Cancellation policy

These additional subscription terms apply if you opt for a subscription with us for regular delivery of products. Subscriptions are designed to make your life easier by delivering the products you love on a recurring basis. Please read these additional terms carefully as they explain how subscriptions work, how you can manage yours, and your rights.

How subscriptions work

By choosing a subscription, you agree to receive your selected products on a recurring basis (either every 4 or 12 weeks) until you choose to cancel or pause.

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle without any action needed from you.

What you will pay

The cost of your subscription is clearly shown at checkout when you subscribe. This is the price you will pay at each renewal unless it changes. We explain below in ‘Price changes or changes to Your subscription terms’ how we notify you of price changes.

Payment is taken automatically on the renewal date for the relevant subscription cycle.

We’ve made it easy and flexible for you to control your subscription

You can pause, cancel, or make changes at any time through your customer portal.

Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately, provided no payment has been processed or shipment has occurred for the current cycle.

If a payment has already been processed, any changes will apply to the next billing cycle. This does not affect your legal right to change your mind when you first enter into a contract for our products to be supplied on a subscription basis, as explained in our Terms and Conditions under section headed If you bought online or over the telephone, you have a legal right to change your mind. https://elcella.com/pages/terms-conditions

You can pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks at a time, with a maximum of 24 weeks per calendar year. During the pause no payments will be taken, and no deliveries will be made. If you pause mid-cycle, any payments already processed will apply to goods already shipped. Your subscription will resume automatically at the end of the pause period. We will email you at least 48 hours beforehand, so you can resume, extend (if within your limit), or cancel your subscription. Easy cancellation

You can cancel your subscription with no penalties or fuss. Simply log into your customer portal and follow the cancellation steps.

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the 'Subscription' tab.
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Scroll down past the product and 'Swap' options to find 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom.

Cancelling stops future payments and shipments, but any payment already processed will still apply to the current shipment (if shipped). This does not affect your statutory right to change your mind when you first enter into a contract for our products on a subscription basis, as explained in our Terms and Conditions under section headed If you bought online or over the telephone, you have a legal right to change your mind. https://elcella.com/pages/terms-conditions

Price changes or changes to Your subscription terms

We will always give you prior notice of any changes.

If we need to update the subscription price, delivery fees, or other terms, we’ll let you know at least 48 hours before the changes take effect.

If you don’t agree with the changes, you are free to cancel your subscription before the updated terms apply.

Things to Remember

Billing and Payment: Payments are taken on the renewal date. Make sure your payment details are up to date to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

Shipping: If your subscription includes free shipping, this will apply to all renewal deliveries unless otherwise stated.
