Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from our UK warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Elcella is available to all those living in the UK and USA. Follow us on social media for updates on when it is available in your region.
How long does shipping take?
We either use a 24hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail or a 48hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail, to ensure that your order gets to you safely and swiftly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
What is your return policy?
As per our T&Cs, you have 14 days from delivery of your Elcella to request a return. We do not accept return requests after this point. We also do not accept returns of any opened or unsealed bottles. To return an item, email us at hello@elcella.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
