How is Elcella different from other weight management products?
Most weight loss products rely on stimulants or medical injections. Elcella takes a different approach; it works with your gut’s natural biology. Our research, published in leading medical journals, shows that specific nutrients can trigger specialised gut cells to release powerful “fullness hormones” (GLP-1 and PYY). These hormones send signals to the brain that help you feel satisfied, reduce cravings, and slow digestion so you stay fuller for longer.

What ingredients are in Elcella? Why can’t I just eat more of them?
Elcella contains three key ingredients: Coconut Oil, MCT Oil, and Linseed Oil (flaxseed).
While these are natural, everyday nutrients, our research showed that the highest population of L-cells, the special gut cells that release fullness hormones, are found in the lower gut. These cells are the key to appetite control, but in a normal diet, most nutrients are absorbed much earlier in digestion, for example, broken down in the stomach and absorbed in the small intestine, meaning they never reach the lower gut in useful amounts.
Elcella’s capsule is designed to carry its ingredients past the stomach and small intestine so they are released right where L-cells live. This targeted delivery makes it possible to trigger a stronger, natural release of satiety hormones, something you can’t achieve just by eating more of the same foods.
How do I take Elcella?
The recommended dose is 4 capsules, twice a day (8 total). We suggest taking them about 3 hours before your two biggest meals - usually lunch and dinner - to give your gut time to activate its natural fullness signals.
That said, you’re in control. Some people prefer to start with fewer capsules - for example, 2 or 3 - especially if they’re more focused on gentle gut health benefits rather than weight management. The formulation is designed to be flexible, so you can adjust the dose to suit your lifestyle and goals.
