Methodology

Data from an Elcella customer survey of 101 respondents, conducted among customers targeted at 12+ weeks of use. All outcome questions were simple yes/no . Length of use was self-reported and grouped into bands: 1–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–9 months, and 9+ months. This is real - world customer -reported data.

Additional data comes from Elcella's ongoing Weekly Check-in surveys, collected between September 2025 and April 2026 (n=915), combining an Entry Survey completed on joining and a series of check-ins at Weeks 1, 2 and 4 tracking changes in hunger, cravings, snacking, energy and digestion. Respondents are self-selected customers.

Data from an Elcella consumer trial of 51 adults, of which 34 completed 12 weeks of the foundational protocol (4 capsules twice daily) to clinical standards. Weight and waist circumference were measured at week 0 and week 12; hunger, food noise, cravings and behavioural outcomes were self-reported through validated rating scales at weeks 2, 6 and 12.
