And it keeps going. A reward every three months for as long as you stay. On the 12-week plan that's two more free bottles, at months 16 and 25 — £670 back by month 25.

Before you start

Do I need a code?

No. If you're on a subscription you're already in, and rewards apply themselves when you reach a milestone.

What does "a whole bottle, free" mean?

The 12-week order holds three bottles, so one of them is free. The 4-week order is a single bottle, so that whole order is free.

What if I need to pause?

Reschedule your delivery date rather than skipping it, that keeps your streak. Skipping and cancelling both reset it to zero.

I've been subscribed a while. Do I get past rewards?

Rewards aren't applied retrospectively, but your timeline should match. Your progress counts from the point the programme goes live on your account.

Is this available on one-off purchases?

No — subscriptions only. It's built to reward staying the course.

What happens if I skip or cancel an order?

Your streak resets to zero and the track starts again. If you need a pause, reschedule your delivery date instead.
