Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Returns Eligibility:

• Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
• Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at hello@elcella.com with your order details or visit Self Serve Return Portal
2. Send the product back using a tracked delivery service. Please include the slip that has their order number on it.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
